Mt Buller, the story of a mountain includes over 700 images and 100,000 words defining the history of Victoria's most popular mountain resort. Covering ski lifts, ski patrol, ski schools, clubs and mountain identities, the book is centuries in the making and over two years in actual production. The official launch will be held on the June opening weekend with early copies available from mid-April 2008. The book was written by Jim Darby, one of Australia's most experienced and widely published skiing writers and editor of theSKImag and Alpine Style magazines.
The 272 page book is printed in large format and produced by tSm Publishing for the National Alpine Museum of Australia.
